Judges will select one team for “Best Mobile App for Women”, based on the mWomen Mobile App Challenge.
On Sunday night, Women 2.0 and TEDxBayArea TEDWomen will be awarding one team at Women 2.0 Startup Weekend “Best Mobile App for Women”, designed to empower women through mobile technology. We are encouraging the development of mobile apps for women to enter the mWomen Mobile App Challenge announced by Hillary Clinton in October 2010 to improve the lives of women in the developing world by using mobile phones. The team with the best mobile app for women receives FREE passes to TEDxBayArea TEDWomen and are invited to showcase their app at the event.

Join fellow Women 2.0 founders, aspiring and current, for the networking mixer to meet each other before attending Women 2.0 Startup Weekend at 7pm.
